Business Systems Analyst

Work location will be Dubai or Abu Dhabi and the candidate will be required to travel to client locations across the UAE.

Qwick Solution Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to foster the strategic partnership between various application development teams and the business. The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for developing requirements and related business rules for existing and new software solutions that are being strategized.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management or a related field or work experience and education equivalent to Bachelor's degree.

• Write clear, concise, and comprehensive business and reporting requirements using our current technology stack.
• Participate and contribute in design, requirements engineering, scrum execution, and technical discussions.
• Provide timely and meaningful feedback on requirements, specifications, technical design documents, and testing results.
• Collaborate with internal and communicate key insights and findings to the appropriate individuals.
• Own and develop relationships with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration.
• Develop partnerships with business teams and other groups.
• Deliver the required capabilities per standards.
• Identify, design, document, and maintain system processes.
